Satellite TV Offers Moving with Dish Network» Moving with Dish NetworkQuestion from Frank on Dish Network and Moving: In one week we will be moving to Idaho. Should I leave my existing dish antenna and acquire a new one in Fruitland Idaho or should I take the antenna with us? Is there any economical advantage either way? We are with the Dish Network. The dish is about six years old and has a single dual -feed feed horn. The dish feeds a single receiver( Upgraded to model dp301d recently). At at our new location we would like to have two receivers. Your comments will be appreciated. Frank (Last name removed for privacy) Frank, You have a couple options. 1) You could call DISH and let them know you are moving and you want to know about the dish mover program. They should offer you a new dish and free install at your new home. So you will not need your old dish. 2) Ask about the Dish-n-Up promo. This promo will allow you to upgrade your receivers like the DVR 510. they normally will charge you $25 - $50 bucks, but you can also get the dish mover program with that. Both of the above promos will require you to commit to a year of service. Hope this helped and if you have more questions…let me know. dave
